ACT Scaffolding Services LTD. was founded by Joe Gibbons, a scaffolding professional with over 20 years of experience across the industrial and commercial sectors. Throughout his career, Joe has worked on a wide range of projects, supporting everything from large-scale corporate contracts to smaller business requirements, gaining the knowledge, standards, and practical experience needed to deliver safe, reliable, and efficient scaffolding solutions.
